…is in the books!

The 12th Annual Friends of Law Enforcement Tournament was tee-rific! We had a lot of teams come out despite a bit of rain. Thank you to all our sponsors who helped make this event possible. It means so much to us to know we have the support of our community. We are honored to serve you every day.

This is an annual event hosted by the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Employee Association. The golf tournament is our main fundraising event. The Lubbock County Sheriff’s Employee Association is a 501(c)5 nonprofit organization that is devoted to helping employees in times of need. Donations to the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Employee Association are NOT tax deductible.  The Association provides employee appreciation events throughout the year. The Association also provides employee financial support during life-changing events for any employee of the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office. We send flowers and/or plants, as well as food for funeral services and hospital stays. We allocate funds without conditions to injured officers without.  Additionally, we assist non-profit organizations by conducting fundraising events where funds are donated to that specific organization throughout the year…

We are always welcoming new players and sponsors for this event. It is open to the public for anyone to register a team.

Details about next year’s event will be posted around May of 2026. We look forward to seeing everyone on the course again next year.

Once the date of the 2026 tournament is set an online registration form will be available here. Registration for both players and sponsors will be accepted. We hope to see you next year!
