The Negotiator Team is comprised of Peace Officers currently employed with the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office. They deploy to any hostage, barricaded subject, active suicidal subjects, and riot situations. These deputies aim to resolve high-tension situations peacefully. They receive additional training on de-escalation and negotiation tactics.
